How not to get cancer
You will remember from my older post, the remedy of one spoon of manuka honey, add boiling water, add a fresh slice of lemon, and a tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar, taken twice daily, this is an expensive but good way to keep well, and avoid illness and disease. However a simple way to avoid lung cancer is early diagnosis, look out for the following.
Chest infections that wont go away. Having a cough for more than three weeks. Feeling more tired than usual. More spit or phlegm, especially with blood in it. Feeling very out of breath. Losing your breath, but no sore throat. Chest pains, Swelling in your face or neck. Losing weight but not sure why. If you get any of these symptoms, you should see your GP right away.

Royal jelly is known to strengthen the immune system and to help in such conditions as fatigue, low sex drive, liver disease, stomach ulcers, kidney disease and skin problems.
When the immune system is under attack it requires more protein, so eat fresh fish, organic tofu, fresh chicken, turkey and organic meats. Lentils, beans and pulses are also excellent sources of low fat, healthy protein.
Useful remedies to take are a good quality, high strength multi-vitamin and mineral, as well as an antioxidant formula every day.
Drink more pau d'arco herbal tea, which can boost immune function.

Natural antibiotic
You will remember my posts regarding Colloidal silver and how its use was supposed to be better than conventional antibiotics. I could not confirm or deny that this was correct. However I found more information that other natural antibiotics are being used and can help to cure various bacterial and even viral infections.
There are many herbs and essential oils that kill enterococcus, staphylococcus and other bacteria as well as viruses, which antibiotics are unable to treat. One of the most popular is grapefruit seed extract, or GSE, made from the seeds and connecting tissue of citrus fruit. In the October 1996 edition of his Alternatives newsletter (Mountain Home Publishing, 1201 Seven Locks Road, Rockville, MD 20854), David G. Williams, D.C., described an elderly woman with VRE [Vancomycin Resistant Enterocci] who was successfully treated for five days with a product that contains 100 mg grapefruit seed extract, 200 mg Artemisia annua (annual wormwood or sweet Annie) and 200 mg Echinacea angustifolia, 1 capsule 3 times daily. After repeated cultures showed her to be free of the VRE infection, two other VRE patients received the same treatment. Because conventional medicine has nothing to offer VRE patients, this is exciting news — but, as Williams explained, it isn’t news you’re likely to read outside of his publication, for the physicians using this unapproved, unconventional therapy have no interest in creating a medical controversy by reporting their results. “If you have any upcoming surgery or hospital stays, or if you work in a hospital setting,” he wrote, “I would suggest keeping some of this [type of]product around. I would also consider pre-dosing 3 or 4 days prior to any surgery, as well as taking the product for a week or so following the procedure.”

Vitamin E is an antioxidant that protects body tissue from damage caused by substances called free radicals. Free radicals can harm cells, tissues, and organs. They are believed to play a role in certain conditions related to aging.
The body also needs vitamin E to help keep the immune system strong against viruses and bacteria.
Vitamin E is also important in the formation of red blood cells and it helps the body use
vitamin K
. It also helps widen blood vessels and keep blood from clotting inside them.
Cells use vitamin E to interact with each other and carry out many important functions.
Whether vitamin E can prevent cancer, heart disease, dementia, liver disease, and stroke is still not known.
Eating vitamin E in foods is not risky or harmful. In supplement form, however, high doses of vitamin E might increase the risk for bleeding and serious bleeding in the brain.
High levels of vitamin E may also increase the risk of birth defects.

Best way to reduce LDL cholesterol
A healthy cholesterol reading should not be above 5mmol/l. It appears that the problem lies with the LDL. LDL in cholesterol oxidises like rust in our bodies coursing a great deal of damage such as ageing, heart disease, cancer and strokes. We should therefore have some sought of insurance against this such as vitamin E.
Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin composed of a group of substances known as tocopherols, which a are subdivided into alpha, beta, gamma and so forth. Of these Alpha tocopherol is the most active. Vitamin E is the most important lipid antioxidant. It binds oxygen and protects the fats in our bodies from the damaging effects of oxidation, peroxides, and free radicals. By binding oxygen vitamin E alleviates some of the primary courses of death. Vitamin E improves cell respiration. One of the reasons I am going to use it!. It promotes fertility and sexual potency, is very effective in preventing the hot flushes of menopause, and protects the body from common pollutants such as ozone, radiation and toxic elements.
